Freelance AI Trainer – Medical Doctor (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking experienced medical doctors to help shape the next generation of AI-driven healthcare tools. As a freelance AI Trainer, you will work remotely with large language models, providing high‑quality medical expertise that will improve the models' reasoning, accuracy, and clinical usefulness.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with AI models on a variety of clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions.
• Verify factual accuracy, logical soundness, and clinical relevance of model outputs.
• Document failure modes, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest refinements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Provide detailed feedback on differential diagnoses, drug interactions, treatment protocols, pathophysiology, trial design, public‑health interventions, and imaging interpretation.

Required profile

• MD or DO with strong background in internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, clinical diagnostics, medical ethics, physiology, epidemiology, immunology, and evidence‑based medicine.
• Ability to articulate reasoning processes clearly (“show your work”).
• Senior‑level experience and comfort working independently in a remote setting.
