Freelance LinkedIn & Content Manager for B2B Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced freelance marketer to help launch and grow a new business training and advisory company. The role focuses on building a strong LinkedIn presence and turning events, founder insights, and expertise into high‑quality B2B content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with the brand.
• Create, schedule and publish professional, engaging LinkedIn posts.
• Support the public launch of the company and promote upcoming events.
• Produce content from events, speakers and founder interviews.
• Coordinate photography/video capture at events and repurpose material for ongoing LinkedIn posts.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Make basic updates to the company website and assist with future booking system integration.
• Offer general digital‑marketing advice as needed.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who is creative, highly organised and proactive.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
• Strong interest in entrepreneurship, business leadership and B2B markets.
• Ability to translate conversations, events and ideas into compelling content.
• Flexible availability around event dates.
