Freelance Mid‑Weight Designer – Hospitality (London)

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Mid‑Weight Designer to join our fast‑paced creative team in London on a part‑time basis. The role focuses on hospitality, food & drink and lifestyle brands, delivering bold visual work across campaigns, events and digital channels. You will work two days per week for an initial six‑month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities.
• Create engaging social‑media graphics and digital marketing materials.
• Develop menus, promotional collateral and branded communications.
• Collaborate with food & drink photography for various campaigns.
• Produce artwork for print, large‑format and environmental graphics.
• Conceptualise creative ideas and see them through to final delivery.
• Maintain strong brand consistency across multiple touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative, marketing or design environment.
• Proven experience designing for hospitality, food & drink or leisure brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
