About the role

Sphere Digital Recruitment is building a talent pool of experienced Paid Social freelancers. By joining, you will be first in line for upcoming short‑term projects across a range of clients in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat.
• Analyse performance data to meet conversion targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align campaign strategy.
• Manage deadlines and prioritise tasks across multiple projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns in an agency environment.
• Based in the United Kingdom.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of driving measurable results.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
