Freight Project Coordinator

About the role

This position is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced events and project logistics environment. You will manage multi‑modal freight projects, covering both export and import movements, and support specialist cargo for sporting and event clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end multi‑modal freight operations for export and import shipments.
• Handle specialist and project cargo for events and sporting sectors.
• Liaise with customers to provide excellent service and clear communication.
• Prepare and verify export/import documentation and customs paperwork.
• Utilise the Boxtop system for tracking and managing shipments where applicable.
• Monitor timelines, resolve issues, and ensure on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in air and/or ocean freight, imports and exports.
• Experience handling specialist or project cargo, preferably for events or sport.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent role, Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30.
