French and German Speaking Inside Sales Executive

About the role

A forward-thinking British manufacturer of high-performance products for global industries is looking for a French and German speaking Inside Sales Executive based in Leicester. You will work within a designated territory, driving sales growth by building strong customer relationships and working closely with the external sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, building long-term relationships to meet sales and profit targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct outbound customer calls and emails, recording all activity accurately in the CRM system.
• Work with the external sales and marketing teams to qualify leads, support campaigns and deliver a good customer experience.
• Negotiate pricing and agreements in line with business objectives.
• Respond to enquiries, resolve issues, prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams.
• Produce sales forecasts, monitor KPIs, analyse customer and market trends and share insights.
• Maintain customer records, monitor competitors and use cross-selling, upselling and promotions to increase sales.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken German and French (essential).
• Experience in inside sales, account management or business development.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive and results-driven.

Required skills

• IT literate, with experience using CRM systems.
