French or German Customer Administrator

About the role

We are a fast‑growing furniture retailer based near Birmingham City Centre, looking for a bilingual French or German speaker to join our customer service team. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a supportive environment where you can develop your skills and potentially move into a permanent role.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer service calls and emails from French‑ or German‑speaking customers.
• Process furniture orders, log call details and create delivery labels.
• Track shipments, book collections and coordinate logistics.
• Perform general office administration tasks and occasional health‑and‑safety duties.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French or German, plus English.
• Professional, friendly telephone manner.
• Organised multi‑tasker with strong attention to detail.
• Motivated, reliable team player who thrives in a vibrant office.

• Salary of £26,572 per annum, paid weekly.
