About the role
A long-standing British manufacturer specialising in industrial packaging solutions is looking for a French-speaking accounting and sales administrator based in London. The position is fully office-based and supports both accounting and sales administration.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Accounts Payable team and support general bookkeeping activities
- Process daily banking and invoices
- Follow up overdue payments with credit control
- Liaise with accountants in France and support with documents needed for month-end or year-end closing
- Provide strong customer service and respond to enquiries promptly
- Process orders in the system and keep order details accurate
Required profile
- Fluent in French, written and spoken (essential)
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally in accounting (essential)
- Degree in Business Management, Accounting or Finance (beneficial)
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
