French Speaking Export Sales Support

About the role

A well-established British manufacturer with a growing international presence and an expanding network of customers and dealers is looking for a French-speaking export sales support person in Andover. The role provides export sales support and account management, liaising with customers and internal stakeholders. The advertised salary is up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from customers and dealers by phone and email, providing excellent service
• Manage internal accounts and act as a key point of contact
• Support the sales process from quotation through to orders
• Handle logistics, shipping documentation and international orders
• Work closely with the wider export sales team to support the growth of the export business
• Liaise with US operations to coordinate internal part orders and customer requirements
• Manage customer and sales information using CRM/ERP systems
• Provide support to the international team as needed

Required profile

• Fluent French (written and spoken) is essential
• Fluent German or another European language is beneficial but not required
• Previous experience in export sales support, internal sales administration, customer service or account management
• A background in export logistics, shipping documentation and international orders is beneficial
• Confident communication with customers and dealers by phone in a professional and friendly way
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, taking initiative and able to work independently
