About the role

As Bar & Waiting Staff you will be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you are pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink after a long day. You will join a fun and inclusive team where you can grow your skills and experience while delivering great service in a community pub.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each visit.
• Offer drink recommendations and act as the insider behind the bar.
• Prepare and present drinks to specification and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting guests, serving food and looking after customers while they dine.
• Maintain a safe, legal and clean bar environment and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Great eye for detail to ensure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Passion for delivering excellent service and a warm welcome.
• Positive can‑do attitude and strong team player.
