Front Office Nights Team Member – Night Receptionist

About the role

Join the vibrant Kimpton Clocktower Hotel team as a Front Office Nights Team Member. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in late‑arriving guests between 22:45 and 07:15.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and incidents during the night shift.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties such as night‑time cleaning, report preparation, and safety checks.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to maintain smooth operations.

Required profile

• Availability to work five night shifts per week on the specified schedule.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Positive, authentic personality with a can‑do attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Required skills

• Confidence using hotel property management systems.
• Experience with Opera Cloud is a strong plus.
