FTC Account Manager

About the role

Bray Leino, a full-service brand growth agency founded in 1973 and now based in North Devon with offices in Bristol, London and Norwich, is looking for an FTC Account Manager for its Client Services - Retail & FMCG team. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the office in Norwich, and focuses on building trusted client relationships and delivering digital campaigns to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the key day-to-day contact for clients and build strong, trusted relationships
• Manage client briefs through to final delivery
• Coordinate internal teams and keep everyone aligned across multiple projects and workstreams
• Manage project timelines, budgets, costs and documentation
• Lead client calls and present work and project updates
• Support creative and strategic work, mainly on digital platforms with some exposure to events
• Keep senior stakeholders informed and escalate risks when needed
• Ensure processes, governance and compliance requirements are followed

Required profile

• Agency-based experience
• Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns; eComm, website and SEO experience preferred
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience managing budgets, estimates, invoicing or financial tracking
• Clear written and verbal communication, confident leading client conversations and presentations
• Proactive, solution-focused approach
