Full‑Time Cleaner/Housekeeper – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Cleaner/Housekeeper to join a vibrant residential building in London on a permanent basis. The role offers shift flexibility, training, and the chance to work for a leading property management company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of communal areas, including reception, corridors, lifts and staircases.
• Clean high‑touch points regularly to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Empty bins, manage waste collection and adhere to building standards.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests from residents or the site team.
• Perform end‑of‑tenancy and ad‑hoc apartment cleaning.
• Report maintenance, health and safety issues to management.
• Store cleaning equipment and supplies safely after each shift.
• Support the site team during busy periods or special events.

Required profile

• Proactive, reliable and dedicated individual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness.

Required skills

• Experience using standard cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to cleaning.
