Front of House Assistant – Wembley Residential Development

About the role

A friendly, professional and customer-focused Front of House Assistant is needed for a high-end residential development in Wembley Park, within walking distance of Wembley Stadium. The post is the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, combining customer service, reception duties, administration and general building support. It is a permanent, full-time position on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, starting as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors and contractors warmly and professionally
• Respond to resident enquiries and requests
• Manage incoming parcels, deliveries and collections
• Assist with bookings for communal facilities and resident amenities
• Maintain accurate records of keys, deliveries, incidents and resident requests
• Carry out routine building patrols and report maintenance or security concerns
• Liaise with contractors and the wider building management team
• Handle resident complaints and queries calmly and professionally
• Maintain shift handovers and update building management systems

Required profile

• Previous experience in front of house, reception, hospitality, hotels, retail or residential concierge is advantageous
• Must live in Wembley or nearby with an easy, reliable commute
• Reliable, punctual and able to work a 4 on / 4 off pattern
• Previous residential property experience is desirable but not essential

Required skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confident using computers and basic administrative systems
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
