Full‑time Coach & Membership Manager

About the role

This is a hybrid position split 80% small‑group personal training and 20% membership management, based at a multi‑site strength and conditioning studio in the City. You will deliver high‑quality coaching sessions while leading retention initiatives and community building.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality small‑group personal training sessions, ensuring technique, safety and energy are consistently high.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all members, running regular feedback conversations and handling the leaver process.
• Analyse member feedback to identify trends, make recommendations and work with the wider team to improve retention.
• Plan and run community events that strengthen connections across the membership.
• Track retention metrics and report on what is and isn’t working.

Required profile

• Experienced strength‑and‑conditioning coach comfortable working with a mature membership base.
• Friendly, personable and naturally comfortable starting conversations with members.
• Organised enough to run events and follow up on feedback alongside a full coaching schedule.
• Relevant PT/S&C qualifications.
• Availability for early‑morning starts (e.g., 6 am) and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Strong grounding in strength‑and‑conditioning principles.
• Ability to adapt movements and progressions to individual needs and training history.
