About the role
An outstanding secondary school in East London is seeking a Geography Graduate to work as a teaching assistant. The role starts in September and offers paid, school‑based experience for graduates interested in a teaching career.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils in small groups and one‑to‑one sessions across the Geography curriculum.
- Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
- Provide additional help to students who need extra support.
Required profile
- Geography degree (or equivalent).
- Strong interest in secondary education and teaching.
- Some paid or voluntary experience working with young people.
