Geography Teacher (KS3 & KS4) – Hounslow

About the role

Prospero Teaching is partnering with a well‑regarded secondary school in Hounslow to recruit a Geography Teacher for Key Stages 3 and 4. The role starts in September 2026 and is full‑time, offering a supportive environment for both experienced teachers and newly qualified teachers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Geography lessons for KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum.
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons, providing clear feedback to support student progress.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning.
• Collaborate with the Humanities department and contribute to wider school initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Geography at secondary level.
• Strong classroom management and subject knowledge.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
