German & French Speaking Wholesale Customer Service Representative

About the role

Our client, a leading multinational fashion company, is seeking a trilingual Wholesale Customer Service Representative fluent in German and French (and English) to support B2B order management across the German and French markets.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and amend orders for assigned accounts, generating daily, weekly and monthly reports to maintain visibility of account status.
• Communicate effectively with sales teams and customers to ensure a smooth order process.
• Proactively follow up on open orders and product availability to minimise cancellations.
• Liaise with the Credit team on orders placed on hold for credit reasons.
• Process returns and issue credits accurately and promptly.

Required profile

• Fluent in German, French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in B2B customer service, wholesale operations, or order management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multilingual team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Vlookup and Pivot Table reporting.
• Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications.
