Global IT Support Specialist

About the role

Playtech is seeking a proactive Global IT Support Specialist to join its London office. You will provide Tier 1‑2 technical assistance to employees worldwide, both on‑site and remotely, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1‑2 IT support for Playtech staff on‑site and remotely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents globally via a centralized ticketing system.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of IT assets.
• Install, configure, administer, and maintain various devices and endpoints.
• Diagnose and resolve network, wireless and VPN issues.
• Communicate with users to identify problems and recommend effective solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in an IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows client environments and Active Directory.
• Practical experience with computer hardware maintenance.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, networking elements, wireless and VPN technologies.
• Ability to contribute to documentation, knowledge‑base articles and manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting mindset and quick problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑learner eager to adopt new technologies and grow within IT.
