Associate Software Engineer - Full Stack

About the role

Studio Graphene is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Software Engineer to join its Gurgaon studio. You will work across backend, frontend, and cloud/DevOps domains, using AI‑native development tools to build modern, scalable web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers on real projects from day one.
• Design and implement APIs, user‑facing features, and cloud infrastructure.
• Apply AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to accelerate coding, review, and delivery.
• Learn quickly across the stack and choose the right technology for each problem.
• Contribute to a supportive, open, and collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong fundamentals in at least one area: backend (Node.js, Python), frontend (React, Next.js), or cloud/DevOps (AWS, Azure, Docker, CI/CD).
• Understanding of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Basic knowledge of RESTful API design and Git version control.
• Curiosity about AI‑assisted development tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and a team‑player mindset.
