Global Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) Manager

About the role

MSI Reproductive Choices is seeking a Global Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) Manager to lead the design, implementation and technical support of SBC programmes across Anglophone Africa and Asia, initially focusing on Gates‑funded projects in Ethiopia and Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote and in‑person technical assistance on SBC design and implementation for multiple donor‑funded programmes.
• Coordinate and document internal best practices and adapt external SBC resources.
• Facilitate programme design workshops, capacity‑building sessions and training for teams and partners.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights to inform SBC strategy.
• Build relationships with cross‑functional teams, external partners and stakeholders to secure buy‑in and influence programme direction.

Required profile

• Minimum four years’ experience designing and implementing SBC programmes on sexual and reproductive health in at least two country contexts.
• Proven experience using Human‑Centred Design approaches in at least two programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent English; French language skills are desirable.
