About the role
Capgemini is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join its Applications Development & Maintenance practice. You will work with a variety of clients across sectors such as public, retail, insurance and defence, helping them modernise and optimise business applications while gaining exposure to AI‑enabled tools.
Key responsibilities
- Support incident resolution, application enhancements, testing and documentation.
- Work within Agile, ITIL and product‑centric delivery frameworks to maximise application value.
- Collaborate with experienced consultants and engineers on AI‑enabled solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a STEM field.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast‑paced team environments.
- Eagerness to learn emerging technologies, especially AI.
