Principal Software Engineer

About the role

NexaQuanta is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of high‑performance, secure applications across its AI‑driven platform. You will work on both frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js, Kafka, Keycloak) technologies, shaping architecture and mentoring the team.

Key responsibilities

• Build responsive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js and PrimeReact.
• Design and develop scalable Node.js services with PostgreSQL integration.
• Implement and maintain Keycloak‑based SSO, OAuth2/OIDC and fine‑grained access control.
• Create Kafka producers and consumers for real‑time event streaming.
• Deploy applications on AWS using Docker containers and manage CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in modern web frameworks (React, Next.js) and backend services (Node.js, Express/Fastify).
• Proven experience designing production‑grade Kafka pipelines and SSO solutions.
• Solid understanding of security best practices (OWASP) and micro‑services architecture.
