About the role

RLB is seeking a Graduate Assistant Building Surveyor to join its client‑focused team in London. This two‑year Future Professionals programme offers structured training, mentoring from chartered professionals and the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, education and retail projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver core surveying services across a range of property types while supporting your APC RICS chartership journey.
• Manage surveys, develop designs and specifications, administer contracts and provide bespoke services such as dilapidations, lease advice, pre‑acquisition surveys and fire safety consultancy.
• Collaborate with the Building Surveying team to ensure client estates are well maintained and achieve their full potential.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying or an RICS‑accredited degree.
• Client‑focused, positive collaborator who freely shares knowledge and supports peers and seniors.
• Team player with a strong willingness to learn and a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service.
