Graduate Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic STEM graduate to join a fast‑growing technology company as a Business Development Executive. You will work in a high‑energy B2B sales environment, promoting innovative software solutions to leading global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new enterprise customers across multiple sectors.
• Conduct outreach, product demos and follow‑up to drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with account managers and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales metrics.
• Contribute to team targets and support the transition of qualified leads to senior sales staff.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a STEM degree (preferably from a Russell Group university).
• Strong commercial mindset, competitive spirit and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Excellent communication, quick thinking and high emotional intelligence.
• Aspiration to develop a career in technology sales and progress to management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
