Graduate Finance & Investment Analyst

About the role

This permanent graduate position offers real exposure to financial markets, investment analysis, and client‑facing work from day one. You will work alongside experienced finance professionals in the City of London, developing both technical and commercial skills.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial research and analysis across equities, fixed income, and alternative asset classes.
• Support the preparation of investment reports, client presentations, and portfolio reviews.
• Monitor market movements, economic data, and sector developments, summarising key findings for the team.
• Assist with financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due‑diligence on investment opportunities.
• Support client relationship management and the preparation of client communications.
• Contribute to internal research notes and investment commentary.
• Work with financial data platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or equivalent (training provided).

Required profile

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Analytically rigorous, commercially curious, and passionate about financial markets.
• Strong numerical ability and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a drive to build a career in finance.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience or training with Bloomberg or FactSet.
• Financial modelling.
• Valuation analysis.
