Graduate Investment Operations Analyst

About the role

We are seeking ambitious graduates to join a leading investment manager in London as Operations Analysts. This broad‑based position offers exposure to a wide range of operational functions across the investment management lifecycle, supporting portfolio management, compliance, risk, and client servicing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the trading/FX team in a post‑trade capacity, working with brokers and custodians to facilitate settlement and resolve issues.
• Maintain daily operational processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow across systems and stakeholders.
• Monitor, reconcile, and maintain core operational data, including transactions, positions, and valuations.
• Manage corporate action and proxy voting workflows to ensure timely elections.
• Liaise with internal teams such as Compliance, Risk, Portfolio Managers, and Client Services to meet end‑to‑end operational requirements.
• Collaborate with third‑party service providers including brokers, custodians, fund administrators, and data vendors.
• Assist in the efficient rollout of new technology within the Investment Operations team.
• Participate in workflow optimisation and automation initiatives and help maintain operational controls and risk procedures.

Required profile

• Degree‑educated graduate.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Passionate about learning and strong team orientation.
• Ability to work under strict time constraints and prioritise workload.
• Basic knowledge of investments, fixed income and equity markets.
