Graduate Lecturer in AAT (Accounting)

About the role
Join a dynamic Further Education team as a Graduate Lecturer in AAT, delivering accounting and finance education to a diverse learner base. This 12‑month fixed‑term role offers hands‑on teaching experience while you work towards a Level 5 teaching qualification.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging AAT, BTEC and T‑Level lessons and assessments.
- Support learners aged 16‑18, adult students and apprentices.
- Mark and provide constructive feedback on learner work.
- Motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with mentors and industry professionals.
Required profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
- Passion for education and learner development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive, resilient and proactive attitude.
- No prior teaching experience required – full training provided.
Required skills
- Accounting knowledge.
- AAT qualification (desirable).
