About the role
Kickstart your career in logistics with UCH Logistics, a leading airfreight specialist. As a Graduate Logistics Operative you will join a fast‑growing transport team, supporting day‑to‑day operations and ensuring timely deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager in the Express department.
- Plan routes and schedules for drivers.
- Manage loads and vehicle specifications.
- Coordinate workload and monitor completion.
- Liaise with drivers and customers to maintain service standards.
Required profile
- Positive, can‑do attitude.
- Strong problem‑solving ability.
- Genuine interest in logistics and customer service.
- Desire to build a long‑term career.
