About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Graduate Management Trainee programme in its South East England branches. The role gives recent graduates the chance to develop leadership skills across retail operations and progress to branch manager within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the customer network.
• Assist with financial control, profitability analysis and basic budgeting tasks.
• Participate in day‑to‑day store operations, including inventory and staff coordination.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and share ideas with senior leaders.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in retail, mobility or customer‑focused businesses.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to progress quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
