Graduate Management Trainee – Retail Operations (South East England)

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Graduate Management Training Programme and develop the skills needed to lead a retail branch. Over a two‑year rotation you will gain hands‑on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, preparing you for a future branch manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling reservations and enquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with local business partners to drive sales.
• Support financial control activities, including profit monitoring and budgeting.
• Assist in marketing initiatives to promote branch services.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operational tasks and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in retail and business management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn financial concepts.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work across multiple locations in the South East.
