About the role
Our client, a multi‑award‑winning recruitment company, is seeking ambitious graduates to join their team as Graduate Recruiters. This hybrid position blends customer‑service experience with consultancy, delivering tailored recruitment solutions to a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Provide recruitment solutions to customers and clients.
- Act as a consultant, using a specialist approach to deliver tailor‑made hiring services.
- Maintain strong client relationships and understand their hiring needs.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Required profile
