Graduate Recruitment Consultant – AI, Tech & Clean Energy

About the role

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our recruitment team in Bristol, focusing on the fast‑growing sectors of Artificial Intelligence, Technology, Clean Energy and Government Transformation. You will receive a structured graduate training programme and, after the initial learning period, take ownership of your own client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop specialist knowledge of AI, data & analytics, technology, clean energy and government transformation markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and client organisations.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
• Deliver on revenue targets through business development and consultative selling.
• Continuously improve performance through coaching and feedback.

Required profile

• Graduate or graduate‑calibre candidate with strong communication skills.
• Competitive mindset, ambition, resilience and commercial awareness.
• Experience in sales, sport or leadership roles is advantageous.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and potential to succeed in recruitment.

What we offer

• £27,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (up to 40% of earnings).
• Realistic OTE of £45,000‑£50,000+ in the first year.
