About the role

Our three‑year Graduate Scheme offers recent graduates a fast‑track route into a career as a Recruitment Consultant. You will join a dynamic team that matches client organisations with suitable candidates, developing your commercial and people skills in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective candidates for client vacancies.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Achieve placement targets through proactive outreach and effective negotiation.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Participate in training sessions and apply learned techniques to real‑world placements.

Required profile

• A 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and resilient.
• Ability to handle emotionally challenging situations.
• Strong interpersonal and mediation abilities.
• Willingness to work full‑time in an office setting during the training period.
