About the role

Join Edmund & Evans as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant and start a fast‑track career in recruitment. You will work in a modern London office, supporting businesses across technology, finance, life sciences and other sectors while helping candidates progress in their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and client companies.
• Source, screen and identify top talent for a range of specialist markets.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement.
• Develop commercial, sales and consulting skills through hands‑on client work.
• Grow expertise in a chosen sector and work towards managing your own client portfolio.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Ambitious, commercially minded and results‑driven.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive mindset with resilience and motivation to succeed.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, sport or leadership roles is advantageous.

Required skills

What we offer

• Starting salary £30,000‑£35,000 per year.
• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £60,000+ in Year 1.
