About the role

Join a boutique specialist recruitment consultancy in London as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant focused on Financial Services. You will receive structured training, daily mentoring and genuine responsibility from day one, working with a close‑knit team of 15 professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with clients across investment firms, banks, insurers and wealth managers.
• Source, interview and present candidates for finance and accounting roles.
• Achieve placement targets and progress to a fully‑fledged Consultant after three successful placements.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM and provide regular updates to clients.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with strong ambition and a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Interest in financial services and a desire to build a long‑term career in recruitment.
