Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and headhunting high‑calibre candidates for FMCG clients.
• Building and managing long‑term candidate relationships.
• Supporting senior consultants on active mandates.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Developing market knowledge in high‑growth industries.
• Learning to build and grow your own specialist market desk.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Demonstrated personal achievements (sport, music, academics, etc.).
• Ambitious, resilient and eager to learn.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
• Strong work ethic.

Required skills

• Basic salary £27,000‑£30,000 plus uncapped commission (Year 1 earnings ~£40k).
