Key responsibilities

• Learn the step‑by‑step process to source candidates for global software opportunities.
• Manage job postings and applicant pipelines.
• Write compelling job adverts and headhunt niche talent.
• Develop creative advertising and marketing strategies.
• Sell and negotiate placements, overseeing the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle.
• Close deals and earn commission from day one.

Required profile

• 2024/2025 university degree (2:1 preferred).
• Highly determined and willing to go above and beyond.
• Career‑driven and self‑motivated.
• Competitive spirit, with high‑level sporting achievements valued.
• Resilient and coachable.
