About the role

Join Tradewind Recruitment’s award‑winning IMPACT Academy as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in our London office. This entry‑level position is designed for recent graduates who want to launch a career in recruitment with structured training, mentorship and fast‑track progression.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview and assess candidates for education‑sector roles.
• Develop new business by contacting potential client organisations and presenting recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement and post‑placement follow‑up.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring compliance with recruitment legislation and safeguarding standards.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system and produce regular activity reports.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any discipline) with a competitive, target‑driven mindset.
• Demonstrated resilience and ambition, gained through sport, sales, hospitality or similar environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced agency setting.
