About the role

Reed’s three‑year Graduate Scheme offers recent graduates the chance to start a career as a Recruitment Consultant. The summer intake positions begin between now and early July and provide a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Match client organisations with suitable candidate profiles.
• Achieve placement targets using strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Maintain a self‑motivated, target‑driven approach in a demanding environment.
• Handle emotionally challenging situations with resilience.
• Potentially work hybrid once the initial training period is completed.

Required profile

• A 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher.
• Self‑motivation and a target‑driven mindset.
• Resilience and ability to manage emotionally challenging scenarios.
• Exceptional interpersonal and mediation abilities.
• Commitment to full‑time, office‑based work during the scheme.
