Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with tech clients and candidate talent.
• Source candidates through networking, headhunting, LinkedIn and job boards.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from initial contact to final offer.
• Negotiate contracts and secure successful placements.
• Become an expert in your specialist tech market.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong desire to succeed in a sales‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high motivation to achieve targets.
• Resilience, adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and job‑board platforms for candidate sourcing.
