About the role

Rise Technical Recruitment is looking for an ambitious graduate to join its Bristol hub as a Recruitment Consultant focused on the USA technology market. You will receive full training, work alongside a high‑performing team and have the chance to build your own client portfolio while earning uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of technology clients across the United States.
• Build long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Source, interview and place top tech talent, managing the recruitment process end‑to‑end.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and recruitment knowledge.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career sales professional with strong communication skills.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and driven by clear personal and professional goals.
• Willingness to learn, work hard and develop a long‑term career in recruitment.
• Ambitious mindset with a desire for fast progression.

Required skills

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Basic understanding of the technology sector (no specific technical tools required).
