Graduate Software Engineer

About the role

Dexory is looking for a Graduate Software Engineer to join its core teams building autonomous robots for warehouse automation. You will start shipping production code that runs on real robots, processes live data and supports operational systems.

Key responsibilities

• Write and ship production‑grade code for robots, data pipelines and platform services.
• Work on systems that interact with the physical world, not just simulations.
• Progress from well‑defined tasks to owning features and leading small projects.
• Design, build, test and deploy software to production standards from day one.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver real‑world solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions and develop architectural thinking.

Required profile

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, AI/ML, Mathematics, Physics or a related field.
• Strong fundamentals and curiosity about complex systems.
• Evidence of building real projects (coursework, personal projects, open‑source contributions, etc.).
