Graduate Sports Sales Executive – Corporate Hospitality

About the role

Join a leading corporate hospitality business as a Graduate Sports Sales Executive. You will introduce premium hospitality packages for world‑class sporting events to UK businesses, building your own client portfolio from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach and market research.
• Engage business owners and senior decision‑makers to present tailored hospitality solutions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and manage the full sales cycle.
• Negotiate and close deals, handling bookings from enquiry to confirmation.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a passion for sport and live events.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in sales.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms (experience preferred).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn for prospecting.

What we offer

• Competitive basic salary up to £30,000 plus uncapped commission.
