Graphic Designer (Hybrid, Permanent)

About the role

Bring The Jockey Club’s brands to life as a Graphic Designer, creating high‑quality, engaging and commercially effective creative across digital, print and race‑day environments. You will work on iconic festivals, racecourses and brand campaigns, combining creativity, attention to detail and strong design craft.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality creative for major campaigns, race‑day assets and day‑to‑day design requests.
• Act as a brand champion, ensuring all work follows visual identity, brand guidelines and values across The Jockey Club and its 14 racecourses.
• Develop impactful race‑day branding and creative assets that enhance the customer experience.
• Create engaging content for digital, social, email, print, signage, advertising, retail and large‑format applications.
• Collaborate with Social Media and wider Marketing teams to produce assets that strengthen content offering.
• Take projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring artwork is pixel‑perfect, print‑ready and of the highest standard.
• Stay ahead of creative, sports and digital trends, bringing fresh ideas and best practice to the team.

Required profile

• Talented designer with a portfolio showcasing original, engaging and commercially effective creative across multiple channels, including social media.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to share ideas and develop skills.

Required skills

• Graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Digital design for social media, email and web.
• Print design and preparation for production.
• Branding and visual identity implementation.
