Graphic Designer – Social‑First, Hybrid (London)

About the role

We are looking for a creative, social‑first Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Creative Studio in central London. Working in a hybrid setting, you will produce visual assets for organic social channels, paid campaigns and broader marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with content creators, video editors and motion designers.

Key responsibilities

• Design original visual content for organic social media, paid advertising and marketing projects.
• Translate creative concepts into platform‑specific assets that maximise engagement.
• Partner with video and motion teams to develop assets ready for animation and editing workflows.
• Leverage AI‑assisted design tools alongside traditional Adobe workflows.
• Maintain brand consistency, accessibility standards and high‑quality design across all outputs.
• Monitor social trends, emerging platforms and new creative technologies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic design experience in brand, marketing or social‑content environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social and campaign‑focused work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Experience creating assets for organic, paid and performance‑marketing channels.
• Understanding of social media best practices and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools and workflows.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and project‑management abilities.
