Group Finance Manager – FMCG Brand

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Group Finance Manager to join a fast‑growing FMCG brand based in Wilmslow. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the finance function as the business expands across 2026‑2028.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full accounting function for three companies, delivering accurate monthly management accounts and presenting insights to the board.
• Develop and continuously improve financial reporting and month‑end processes.
• Partner with senior leadership to support growth initiatives, cost‑saving analyses, and operational reviews.
• Manage a finance team of three, acting as the central point of contact for all finance matters.
• Drive KPI reporting for sales and operations, including shift‑pattern realisation.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in delivering finance value in a dynamic, growth‑focused environment.
• Self‑starter attitude with a willingness to get involved across the business.
