Group Reporting Manager (International Finance)

About the role

We are seeking a Group Reporting Manager to lead financial accounting across multiple international entities, delivering statutory reporting, group consolidations and supporting strategic finance initiatives. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will gain exposure to senior leadership and international finance within a fast‑growing group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the statutory reporting and audit process across multiple international entities.
• Prepare monthly group consolidations and financial reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors.
• Manage tax, VAT and broader compliance requirements.
• Support treasury activities and group funding arrangements.
• Review financial controls and maintain ledger integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and systems.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisers.

Required profile

• ACA qualified with experience at a Top 10 accountancy firm.
• Currently an Audit Manager in practice or already in industry seeking a second industry role.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience of statutory reporting.
• Exposure to group reporting, consolidations or multi‑entity environments (advantageous).
• Proactive, inquisitive and keen to improve processes.
• Comfortable building relationships and taking ownership of work.
