About the role
Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, is hiring a Growth Lead to own acquisition growth end-to-end for one of its categories (for example weight loss, hair loss, sexual health or TRT) within one of its brands. You will be responsible for new-patient acquisition, the revenue generated and the cost, acting as the owner of the acquisition engine for a mini-business.
Key responsibilities

- Direct a dedicated creative pod (creative strategist, producer, editor/designer) and run a high volume of creative tests
- Own the journey from ad to landing page to order, partnering with the CRO on conversion experiments
- Run a continuous cycle of experiments across creative, channels, funnel and offer, and propose several new scalable growth strategies each cycle
- Work with Marketing Analytics on attribution, incrementality testing and data-driven bidding (ROAS, pLTV)
- Brief CRM on acquisition journeys and take propositions and offers to market, feeding back what works
- Partner with Retention so the patients acquired are the right ones, protecting early retention and cohort quality
- Run the category in the weekly growth business review
Required profile
- 5-7 years in performance/growth marketing, ideally in D2C, subscription or health-tech, with a track record of scaling acquisition
- Commercial ownership: has owned acquisition budgets and been accountable for CAC, ROAS or payback targets
- Strong creative instinct and ability to brief, judge and iterate on video and static ads
- Analytical, experimental and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration
Required skills
- Deep expertise in at least one of Paid Social or Paid Search (SEM)
- Fluency in CAC, payback, LTV:CAC and cohort analysis
- Nice to have: startup/scaleup experience, health-tech or clinical-adjacent experience, directing creative teams, launching a new category, landing-page/CRO experimentation
What we offer
- Employee option programme
- Annual development budget plus 3 days of professional development leave
- Hybrid setup with 3 days a week in the Old Street office
- Private health insurance through Vitality or a monthly wellness allowance
- 25 days of holiday, enhanced parental leave and work from anywhere 3 weeks a year
