Growth Marketing Lead – 10‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Growth Marketing Lead on a 10‑month fixed‑term basis to play a pivotal role in the next stage of Abel & Cole's growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on finding new opportunities, testing bold ideas, and turning insight into action.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new‑customer strategy across Direct Mail, Door Drop, PPC, Affiliate Marketing, Referrals, Website Conversion and Outbound Calling.
• Own performance reporting and manage a £3 million budget, balancing commercial results with long‑term growth opportunities.
• Coach and develop two channel specialists, driving exceptional results.
• Foster a culture of testing, learning and optimisation to meet ambitious acquisition targets.
• Translate data and insight into actionable recommendations and secure stakeholder alignment.
• Contribute to the SEO project team to improve discoverability.
• Collaborate with in‑house designers, copywriters, analysts and digital specialists to deliver innovative campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven success driving new‑customer growth in a DTC or subscription‑based business.
• Strong expertise across acquisition channels, especially PPC, SEO and conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Experience partnering with Product and Digital teams to enhance website performance and customer journeys.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to align stakeholders around clear plans.
• Collaborative leader who develops people and builds high‑performing teams.
• Commercially driven with experience managing significant budgets and reporting on ROI and P&L performance.

What we offer

• Full‑time temporary 10‑month contract, 37.5 hours per week with flexible core hours.
• Hybrid working model – two days per week onsite at the Puntey office.
